Cancellation Policy

Published on and effective as of Jan 15, 2025. This Cancellation Policy replaces and supersedes all prior versions.

We are committed to providing you with highest quality services. This Cancellation Policy outlines how you can request the cancellation of our services and the terms that apply.

1. Initial Term

The agreement commences on the effective date and continues for an initial subscription term of three months. After this, it automatically extends on a monthly basis.

2. Notice Requirement

To terminate the agreement, either party must provide at least one month’s notice. The notice must not expire before the end of the initial subscription term.

3. Termination for Breach

Either party may terminate the agreement immediately if the other party:

Fails to pay amounts due within 14 days of a written notice.
Commits a material breach of the agreement and does not remedy it within 30 days of written notification.
Faces insolvency or related financial difficulties as detailed in the agreement.

4. Consequences of Termination

All rights to use the services and documentation cease immediately.
Each party must return or destroy all confidential materials of the other party.
Customer data in the supplier's possession will be deleted unless the customer requests the latest backup within 10 days of termination, subject to any outstanding fees being settled.

5. Outstanding Obligations

Any accrued rights or obligations up to the date of termination remain enforceable.
